Annual accounts and audits 2025/26 Internal and External Audits
Each year the parish council’s accounts are audited by an Internal Auditor. The council also prepares an Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) which is sent to the External Auditor.
For the year ended March 31st 2026 the council certified itself exempt from a limited assurance review (external audit) under section 9 of the Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulations 2015. Certificate of Exemption 2026
The Annual Governance and Accountability Return and the other audited documents can be downloaded from this page and are also available for inspection by any local government elector of the area of Randwick and Westrip Parish Council between Wednesday July 1st and Tuesday August 11th Notice of Public Rights

Paper copies will be provided to any person on payment of 50 pence for each copy of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return
